At SexyInSexy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items are in original packaging
- A proof of purchase (order number) is provided
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Bodysuits, teddies, and intimate items that have been worn or removed from hygiene-sealed packaging (for health and safety reasons)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been damaged by the customer
How to Return an Item
- Contact us: Email sexyinsexyshop@newkuajing.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive approval: We will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
- Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
